TERMS OF SERVICEPlease make sure to read this section thoroughly to avoid any misunderstandings. In case you decide to commission me, you acknowledge that you have read, understood and agreed to all the terms and conditions down below.


1. GENERAL○ Please provide me with a visual reference of your character. The quality of the image doesn't matter, since I have an easier time working with visuals rather than written descriptions.○ You may provide me with a written, detailed (!) description of a character if you prefer doing so. But, as mentioned above, a visual reference is preferred.○ Unless discussed otherwise, you will receive a high quality image file (roughly 2000 x 3000 pixels) in a .png and/or .jpg format, which has a transparent or white background.


2. COMMISSION AGREEMENT○ I reserve the right to decline any commission request for any reason I deem fit.○ If you have any specific wishes for the artwork or any important details you want me to include, please tell me so beforehand. Communication is key here, since I want to create an artwork you'll be satisfied with.

3. PAYMENT○ For the time being, I only accept payment through PayPal.○ You can either pay for the commission 100% upfront, or split 50% upfront and 50% after the sketch has been approved. (50% payment not applicable to sketch-only commissions.)○ All commissions must at least be payed partially upfront.○ If you have not paid me in any way whatsoever, I will not start work on the commission.

4. ARTWORK APPROVAL AND REVISIONS○ I will provide updates in frequent intervals as I'm working on your commission. Starting with the sketch, followed by the colored drawing, and then followed up by the finished product.○ During these intervals, you may give me feedback on the drawing and suggest improvements where you deem them necessary. If you don't give me any feedback, I will assume that you're satisfied with the progress and move on accordingly.○ On average, I may take a week to finish a commission. However, in special cases, I might need more time than that. If those special cases apply, I will let you know.○ Currently, I'm not looking to offer a rush fee as an option.

5. COPYRIGHT AND USAGE○ You agree to use the artwork for personal use only. For example: sharing it online, printing it to display privately, and so on. You are not allowed to make money off of my artworks in any way whatsoever.○ I retain full copyright and intellectual property rights of the commissioned artwork.○ If you decide to commission me, you allow me to use the artwork for my own promotional purposes, such as posting it in portfolios or sharing on social media sites. In case you don't want that to happen, please tell me so we can discuss it further.○ This isn't necessary, but I would very much appreciate it if you credited me in case you decide to post the artworks publically.

6. CANCELLATION AND REFUNDS○ You may cancel the commission at any time. However, in case I have already started work on the commission, I will not refund you.○ If I have not started work on the commission and I'm unable to finish it, I will refund you in full.

7. COMMUNICATION○ I would prefer it if you messaged me on Discord or Twitter. My most active accounts are linked in the Contact section.○ You may communicate with me in English, or in German if it's easier for you. (It's my native language, after all.)
